Janet Grey founded Positive Change Strategies to help homeowners solve their house and mortgage-related problems and move on with their lives. As a cancer survivor and homeowner for over 30 years, Janet knows that unexpected situations can gravely effect our ability to keep up with the costs of homeownership, or sometimes they make keeping a home either undesirable or no longer possible. These can be very sticky situations, very difficult and stressful times, seemingly involving a lot of effort to get out from under them. We know it can feel like you’re being crushed from the weight of it. But there are ways to solve all of these problems.

With our strategies, we can easily help you out of such uncomfortable circumstances, so you can get UNSTUCK and move forward with your life.
